Responsibilities:
- Supervise Medicaid eligibility teams ensuring efficient operations.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Manage case reviews and audits for quality assurance.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance workflow and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience in Medicaid eligibility or healthcare programs.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and organizational skills.
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Fulltime position 40 hours/week) Permanent Day Shift.
- General supervision with structured training provided.
- Onsite role at 6 St. Paul St. Baltimore MD 21202.
