Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You will assist them via phone email and chat helping them with inquiries solving problems and ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
What Will You Be Doing
Answer customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with product information troubleshooting and general inquiries
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer service processes
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through every interaction
What You Need to Join Us:
Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of English
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and problemsolving ability
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM systems etc.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude and customeroriented mindset
