As an administrator you will oversee daily operations office management event coordination and basic book keeping. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail excellent communication skill and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings handle correspondence and manage office supplies.
Organize files coordinate logistics and liaise with vendors.
Maintain databases process invoices and ensure data protection compliance.
Assist in event planning including scheduling procurement and onsite support.
Respond to inquiries and proofread outreach materials.
Manage event registrations and feedback summaries.
Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts monthly.
Ensure budget tracking and report variances to management.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5years experience in administration financial support event planning or social media (preferably in a nonprofit).
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Drive and basic accounting.
Professional proactive and reliable.
