Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Senior Exec 10 yrs)

Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors
Location: Abuja Nigeria
Type: FullTime Executive Role
Job Summary
The CFO will serve as a strategic financial partner to the MD and executive team responsible for financial leadership capital planning risk management and operational efficiency. The role includes oversight of finance treasury audit compliance and corporate governance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and of the organizations financial strategy.
Drive capital raising (equity debt blended finance) to support growth and project financing.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and business development efforts.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations donor requirements and tax obligations.
Supervise internal controls audit processes procurement and cost optimization initiatives.
Build robust financial models and dashboards for investor reporting and board management.
Manage relationships with banks investors DFIs auditors and regulators.
Coach and develop the finance team to build a highperformance function.
Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years experience in progressively senior finance roles including executive leadership.
Professional certification: ICAN ACCA CFA or equivalent required.
Demonstrated experience with capital raising financial structuring and donor/investor reporting.
Proven ability to lead in a dynamic highgrowth organization.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
