About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance in utilizing our platform to its fullest potential.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Client Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat addressing questions and resolving issues related to our software platform.
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure they are proficient in using our CRM POS and analytics tools effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical problems working closely with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on product performance and relay insights to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions training sessions and support activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM and POS systems; experience in the jewelry retail industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using support tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloudbased software solutions and analytics tools.
- Experience in conducting virtual training sessions or webinars.
