Job Title: Data Coordinator Job Location: Remote (Central Time Zone Preferred) Position Type: FullTime (You can choose to work 32 hours up to 40 per week)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will support the lighting and compliance operations for banking clients ensuring that locations meet specific lighting standards particularly during evening hours. You will be responsible for organizing and analyzing data collected from inspections and creating reports that track the progress of work orders ensuring everything is completed according to client requirements. This position requires someone with strong critical thinking skills the ability to crossreference data with specifications and a commitment to following through on necessary actions. You'll work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and that the data is accurately compiled and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize Compliance Data:
Input and organize locationspecific data from inspections including details on lighting and compliance status into client spreadsheets.
Maintain organized property folders (Q2 & Q4 on the server for client location compliance.
Manage raw inspection data (photos outage diagrams) from various inspectors across all quarters.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Crossreference inspection data with locationspecific specifications to identify discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
Run and analyze reports within the work order system to track the completion of tasks and highlight areas for followup.
Flag missed details or incomplete work for further action and ensure proper followup.
Documentation & Communication:
Ensure that all work orders and client locations are up to date and that any necessary replacements or changes are clearly documented.
Compile monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed of the status of ongoing work and compliance audits.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members clients and external inspectors to ensure data accuracy and completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Background in operations data management or project coordination. Junior project managers are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel OneDrive Adobe and Dropbox.
Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of computer literacy.
Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and task management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Work Environment:
Must be compatible with working in the Central Time Zone.
Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fastpaced environment.
If you choose to work the 32 hrs/week you can do 5 shortened days or 4 8 hour days 3 day weekend!.
40 hours per week would be standard MF 84.
