Tasks
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Planning and : Develop detailed project plans set milestones deadlines and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordination with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure objectives are met according to quality standards and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders ensuring expectations are aligned and progress updates are clear.
- Agile Methodology Implementation: Use agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc. to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
- Performance Reporting and Monitoring: Manage project KPIs and track progress adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Experience in direct contact with technical teams and resource management.
- Handson experience with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Project management certifications (PMI PMP PRINCE2 etc. are valued but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
