Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the position of
Advertising & Media Sales Support Manager (m/f/d)
to join a dynamic team at our clients headquarter in Munich Germany.
As part of an expanding global team this role lies at the heart of our international media operation. You will support the international sales team and be the main point of contact for the international sales representatives.
Aufgaben
First point of contact for all sales related requests
Database management and evaluation
Create integrated advertising proposals and presentations
Monitor & record proposals/ booking status
Coordinate costings & for special advertising formats
Put marketing tools into action and brief the creative team on custom solutions
Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
Qualifikation
Established knowledge and experience within the media industry
Reliability accuracy resilience and the capacity to learn quickly
A cando attitude and willingness to work within a dynamic and an occasionally challenging environment
Being a team player with a service orientated approach
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fluency in English German advantageous (other languages are a plus)
Good knowledge of MSOffice (esp. Excel Powerpoint) and strong proficiency in CRM tools
