You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Personal Assistant (PA) will provide highlevel administrative support to senior executives ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities. This role involves managing schedules coordinating meetings handling correspondence and performing various administrative tasks to support the executive team. The role will also include duties of coordinating administrative activities help with organising social events and providing support to staff and visitors. Additionally the Senior PA will manage a team of Personal Assistants providing guidance and support to ensure the teams effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules including arranging meetings appointments and travel itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and mail.
Coordinate and organise meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and other documents for executive meetings.
Maintain confidential files and records ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
Manage and lead a team of Personal Assistants providing guidance support and performance management.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.
Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring that they are wellstocked and in good working order
Coordinate and organise offsite meetings company event management summer and winter socials
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferably in a senior role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Experience of managing an effective team
Experience of arranging corporate social events
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Experience in a corporate environment preferably in the aviation or consultancy.
Experience in managing a team of Personal Assistants or administrative staff.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive team.
Adaptable and able to handle a fastpaced work environment
