Job Description
Do the DFT verification & debug
Write the DFT script using python
Job Requirement:
From 2 years of work experience in the related field.
Possess knowledge of JTAG (IEEE1687 or IEEE1149.1
Familiar with SCAN using the Tessent tool (insertion pattern generation and verification)
Knowledge of MBIST using the Tessent tool is a plus.
Understand the DFT development flow mapping from requirement to actual implementation.
Can use script language (such as python csh ... .etc)
Familiarity with AI applications and automation coding is a plus.
Knowledge of Renesas DFT/STA development flow is an advantage.
Strong document writing skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics or similar.
