What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on their team you will:

  • Provide concierge support for a predefined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing publishing and growing sales of applications built on Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
  • Be the first contact point deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for longterm partner relationships.
  • Define a reasonforcall talk track designed for consistent repeatable .
  • Focus on product/offerings specific to the target audience.
  • Execute on a structured multichannel (call email social) outreach cadence.
  • Obsess over Microsofts customers and prospects to deliver a worldclass customer engagement experience.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business as the Voice of Partner.

Our client is a great match if you:

  • Are bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English.
  • Have 12 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or experience in sales account management or customer management.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365 Salesforce etc.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience working with or selling MS Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
  • Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.
