Primary Purpose Of Position
In a partnership between North Carolina A&T State University and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington the NextGen PostDoctoral Fellow will conduct research in support of the N.C. A&T Aggie Academy and the Center of Excellence for Educational Equity Research in the areas of Leadership in Education and Educator Preparation. The postdoctoral fellow will also participate in teaching and mentoring graduate students. The mission of the forthcoming Center of Excellence for Educational Equity Research is to advance research to inform educational policies and practices for greater equity in K12 and Higher Education contexts. The Center research and professional learning programming will also inform teaching leadership and counseling practices to create antiracist and culturally sustaining learning environments for all learners. Minimum Requirements
A doctoral degree in Education Leadership or a related field. Skills include critical thinking time management and the ability to work independently as well as part of team.
