From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year fulltime professionals. Its a teambased environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.
We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Management Trainee Internship (Graduating in August 2025 December 2025 or May 2026. This internship is full time requiring 3540 hours/week. We are looking to hire interns for our Princeton WV office offering a pay of $15.00 / hour.
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program youll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new exciting rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season well put you in the middle of everything just like our Management Trainees. Well give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles take care of customers develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship youll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be graduating in August 2025 December 2025 or May 2026 enrolled full time in a bachelors degree program for the up coming semester in a college or university.
- Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/12/2025 and make a 1012 week commitment
- Must have 3 months of sales customer service marketing or management experience.
- Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience.
- Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e. DUI DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
