Job Description
Location: Chicago Heights IL
Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas including break rooms restrooms and office spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Restock and maintain supplies such as paper towels soap and other janitorial products.
- Sweep mop and disinfect floors to maintain a clean and hazardfree workspace.
- Address spills and other immediate cleaning needs promptly.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Previous experience in janitorial porter or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Drug screening is required for all employees working at this location.
- Consistent MondayFriday schedule with no weekends.
