Job Description
We are seeking aPhysical Therapist to work in home care fulltime 3240 hours per week in the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. We are offering a 30k40k bonus for signing on with us!

This position and location is eligible for:
- Hourly base pay rate between $39.00and $50.79depending on years of experience

Requirements
Education: Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
Experience: Current license/registration in the State of Minnesota plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy home careexperience is a plus!

- Demonstrates good documentation skills
