Service Advisor Wonder Auto & Tire
This position is atWonder Auto & Tire Fredericton South which is part of Shift Auto Group.ShiftAuto Group consists of Fredericton Kia Fredericton Mitsubishi Volvo Cars New Brunswick Grand FallsHyundai Miramichi Kia 5 ReCar locationsSt Croix Auto Velocity Auto Body and 10 Wonder Auto locations inNew Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
As aService Advisor you will be a crucial member of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.
What Youll Do:
- Scheduling and Communication: Assist guests in setting convenientappointment times and confirm necessary maintenance or services.
- Guest FollowUp: Communicate with guests postvisit to confirm weveexceeded their expectations.
- Parts and Accessories: Help guests and business customers with their partsand accessory needs.
- Enhancing Guest Experience: Participate in various activities to continuouslyelevate our service.

No Automotive Experience No Problem! While automotive knowledge is a plus it is notrequired. Were more interested in your passion for service honesty and strong work ethic. Well provide the training you need to excel.
CompensationPotential earnings of $ 55 000$75 000
1923/hour with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees.

Currently this position is offered with no scheduled nights or weekends.
