Role and responsibility
The UI Lead /Developer will be responsible for driving end to end delivery of the program attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalise the FSDs/Interface documents etc
In addition
Work with Tech Lead/Business stakeholders for requirement gathering/reviews and signoffs
Liaise with the offshore team and SMEs during the project delivery phase
Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
Support and collaborate with other internal/external consultants in consulting workshops and delivery engagements
A) Mentor junior IBM consultants in the practice and delivery engagements required experienced
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills
Experience in Leading guiding and coaching a small team
Expertise in design and development of UI applications.
9 years of experience in UI design and development
Expertise in ReactJS. Redux experience with JavaScript unit testing frameworks.
Experience on creating Node JS API for frontend integration.
Experience on creating API definition using Swagger. Experience on Node modules such as file systems normalizer etc. Strong foundation in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript and experience with a modern clientside single page app framework in React JS. Good working knowledge of GIT version control and JavaScript package managers.
Translates graphic visual and interactive designs into the presentation layer for highly interactive web and mobile applications using responsive design and development techniques.
Develops prototypes and performs handson coding to develop and integrate the application user interface
Full lifecycle application design and development using Javascript React.js Node.js Python
Proactively engage in the remediation of software issues related to code quality security and/or pattern/frameworks.
Mentoring guiding and developing a team of developers with a focus on quality and best practice coding standards
Must have banking project experience .
