ING Bank is planning to expand the Wholesale Banking business to become one of the most relevant banks in Spain and Portugal.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic WB Transformation expert to lead and coordinate the transformational change of COO WB domain to become an scalable digital and customer centric area.

In WB COO we are the team responsible for providing a digital seamless experience to our WB customers offering the network as a key differentiator leveraging on our local and international capabilities.

The responsibility of this position focuses on addressing three main challenges: 1 comprehensive value proposition for our WB customers 2 in the most digital and scalable way and 3 adhering to the target model while maintaining the local flavor.

Your key responsibilities:

Reporting to the CSD WB in the COO area as Transformation Expert you will be responsible for:

Orchestrate the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Tribes Functions Borders and or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business. Performance Management: Drive and embed efficiency and effectiveness through innovative performance management strategies elevating operational excellence to new heights. Efficiency Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to work smarter introducing innovative solutions and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency across the region. Coordinate with relevant internal and /or external stakeholders to continuously improve existing customer experiences through digitalization:

• Facilitate communication between different departments including product management IT and Ops to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Identify pain points in the customer journey and implement digital tools to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Work closely with Head Office to drive digital transformation.

Drive scalability via the design and implementation of digital customer journeys:

• Implement and optimize digital processes to improve customer onboarding lending trade FM journeysand overall engagement.
• Implement scalable digital solutions that can adapt to the growing needs of the business and its customers.

ING Bank tiene previsto ampliar el negocio de Banca Mayorista para convertirse en uno de los bancos ms relevantes de Espaa y Portugal.

Estamos buscando un experto en transformacin de WB talentoso y entusiasta para liderar y coordinar el cambio transformacional del dominio de COO WB para convertirse en un rea escalable digital y centrada en el cliente.

En WB COO somos el equipo responsable de brindar una experiencia digital sin interrupciones a nuestros clientes de WB ofreciendo la red como un diferenciador clave aprovechando nuestras capacidades locales e internacionales.

La responsabilidad de este puesto se centra en abordar tres retos principales: 1 propuesta de valor integral para nuestros clientes de WB 2 de la forma ms digital y escalable y 3 apegarse al modelo objetivo manteniendo el sabor local.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Reportando al CSD WB en el rea de COO como Experto en Transformacin sers responsable de:

Organice la entrega de iniciativas de cambio complejas (a travs de tribus funciones fronteras o lneas de negocio) para lograr un cambio transformador para el negocio. Gestin del rendimiento: Impulse e incorpore la eficiencia y la eficacia a travs de estrategias innovadoras de gestin del rendimiento elevando la excelencia operativa a nuevas alturas. Optimizacin de la eficiencia: Encabezar iniciativas para trabajar de manera ms inteligente introduciendo soluciones y metodologas innovadoras para mejorar la eficiencia operativa en toda la regin. Coordinarse con las partes interesadas internas y/o externas relevantes para mejorar continuamente las experiencias de los clientes existentes a travs de la digitalizacin:

• Facilite la comunicacin entre los diferentes departamentos incluidos los de gestin de productos TI y operaciones para garantizar una integracin perfecta de las soluciones digitales.
• Identifique los puntos dbiles en el recorrido del cliente e implemente herramientas digitales para mejorar la eficiencia y la satisfaccin.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboracin con la oficina central para impulsar la transformacin digital.

Impulse la escalabilidad a travs del diseo y la implementacin de recorridos digitales del cliente:

• Implemente y optimice los procesos digitales para mejorar la incorporacin de clientes los prstamos el comercio los viajes de FM... y el compromiso general.
• Implementar soluciones digitales escalables que puedan adaptarse a las crecientes necesidades del negocio y sus clientes.
