Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master. This position will interface with key stakeholders andapplytechnical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 115491

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of InformationTechnologyexperience.

- Core competencies such as backlog management sprint planning and facilitation
- Demonstrate your understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them in different contexts
- Show your ability to foster collaboration and communication between crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Demonstrate your ability to implement Scrum practices to enhance team productivity
- Scrum Master certifications you have such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Quantify your impact such as reduced project timelines or improved team productivity
- Showcase your experience with remote team management and digital collaboration tools
- Highlight your ability to create an environment where developers can focus on their best work
