The Ryan White Hope Center is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Budget and Financial Analyst to manage all financial operations including budgeting analysis and reporting. In this role you will ensure the Hope Center departments operate within allocated funds while preparing accurate and timely financial statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines identifying trends in financial data and providing strategic insights to leadership to aid in decisionmaking. The successful candidate will oversee financial staff manage grant funds and collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or public/business administration from an accredited college or university and three 3 years of professional accounting jobrelated experience which include grants management public funds administration and one 1 year in a lead worker team leader or supervisory role; or two 2 years of experience at the lower level Budget Analyst 3 (FIP012 or equivalent position.
