Job Description
- Setup new Atvs Utvs Motorcycles and snowmobile units
- Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on a limited amount of equipment in the facility
- Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections tests and repairs
- Coordinate and make recommendations on workrelated contracts and services
- Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance
- Participate in support and comply with all health safety quality and lean initiatives and requirements
- Setup and install accessories on new units
- Must have mechanical and technical aptitude
- 13 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience using basic measurement instruments such as tape measure scales and gauges
- Physically able to stand bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
- Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
- Must obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment such as forklift sideloader 4directional lift or cherry picker
