Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Analytical Technologist to join our team in Tienen. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of highquality analytical services in support of internal customers across multiple divisions. The successful candidate will mainly bring expertise in Wet Chemistry area and additionally Atomic Absorption TGA and IR to address technical challenges develop innovative solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our laboratory processes.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analytical Technologist you will be responsible for:
Acting as a key contributor in the laboratory providing timely and accurate analytical services aligned with customer requirements.
Performing experiments mainly in the Wet Chemistry area and using techniques such as Atomic Absorption TGA and IR while adhering to established methods.
Ensuring all analytical requests are completed within agreed timescales and results are reported accurately in LIMS.
Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Adjusting analytical methods and staying informed about emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Independently interpreting data identifying anomalies and reporting and discussing it.
Upholding safety health and environmental guidelines in all laboratory activities.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or a related field.
1 year of proven experience in an analytical environment.
Good teamworking ability to build relationships. Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Flexibility and adaptability to organize the work in accordance with changing priorities and to maximize the output.
Strong understanding of analytical methods and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize laboratory techniques.
Precise and accurate approach to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
Indepth knowledge of chemical handling MSDS and compliance with safety procedures.
Analytical mindset to identify trends address challenges and propose effective solutions.
