Recruit interview hire and onboard Agrade talent
Be present in the operations coaching teams interacting with guests and providing oversight to daily systems and processes
Enthusiastically lead and positively impact the team through building relationships celebrating successes and modeling hospitality with team members and guests
Oversee team member care; ensure all aspects of the team member experience are executed with excellence
Track and improve store goals with a focus on Talent Retention
Meet regularly with the Leadership Team and the Owner/Operator for training and personal development and to execute overall vision and grow overall success of the enterprise
