Job Description
Clearance Required: TS with SCI eligibility
Travel: May require travel on an as needed basis to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations.
Description:
Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or nonlethal engagements. Develops target nominations creates database records and databases target intelligence products. Produces allsource analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Conducts collateral damage estimation performs target list management target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Provides database nominations creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience or an Associates degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g. English History Communications Languages and Cultures International Relations and Political Science) is preferred but a degree in any field is acceptable.
Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g. collection cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
This fulltime position is Monday through Friday and operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. Limited travel may be required.

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
