Head Concierge Lead Exceptional Hospitality at Rusacks St Andrews

As Head Concierge you will be the driving force behind our exceptional frontofhouse service ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless luxury experience from arrival to departure. You will lead a team of concierge professionals anticipate guests needs and create unforgettable moments in one of the most prestigious golfing destinations in the world.

What Youll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring the Concierge Team to deliver flawless guest experiences
- Anticipating guests needs and ensuring every request is handled with warmth and efficiency
- Managing VIP arrivals and departures ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Building strong relationships with guests providing expert local knowledge and recommendations
- Coordinating guest services including reservations transportation and bespoke experiences
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism problemsolving and discretion
- Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth fivestar operation
- Overseeing valet services and luggage handling with attention to detail and care

- A hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A natural peopleperson who thrives in a fastpaced luxury environment
- Outstanding communication skills and a polished professional presentation
- Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching and mentoring a team
- An expert in anticipating guests unstated needs and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in IT systems and confident multitasking
- Previous hotel or customerfacing experience in a similar role
- A full UK driving license with at least two years of driving experience
