Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Develop implement and facilitate policy development for various Federal Records Management programs and services.
- Conduct indepth research on complex policy issues related to federal Records Management programs regulations and legislation.
- Analyze data evaluate options and recommend evidencebased policy solutions.
- Collaborate with subjectmatter experts stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Draft clear concise and wellorganized policy documents including reports briefs memos and guidelines.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management legislators and other relevant parties.
- Communicate complex technical material effectively to both specialists and nonspecialists.
- Stay informed about federal laws regulations and executive orders.
- Ensure policy proposals align with legal requirements and ethical considerations.
- Bachelors degree in English Communication Business other related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be a US citizen.
