Clinical Research Assistant

We are actively hiring for a Research Assistant opportunity at the Flourish Research site in Jacksonville FL. This site previously ENCORE Research Group has been contributing to medical research in Jacksonville since 1997 and has conducted over 1000 clinical trials.

The Research Assistant will be part of the sites Phase 1 unit a dedicated team of five focused exclusively on earlyphase clinical trials. This role supports the of clinical studies by assisting with study visits data collection regulatory compliance and patient care while adhering to FDA regulations GCP guidelines and SOPs. The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth study operations while providing an impeccable patient experience in every single interaction.

Shift: MondayFriday 7 AM 4 PM overtime potential
Compensation: $18$20/hr additional bonuses career growth opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain familiarity with FDA regulations for clinical research
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures Good Clinical Practice and study protocols
• Assist CRC in scheduling preparing and conducting study visits per protocol requirements including but not limited to the following:
  • Dispense study medication in a professional and accountable manner
  • Collect process and ship blood/urine specimens
  • Perform ECGs obtain vital signs
  • Administer questionnaires/diaries
• Complete source documentation and maintain timely completion of case report forms
• Assist CRC with query resolution
• Assist CRC to ensure prompt reporting of events to sponsor and IRB
• Assist CRC with administrative duties of protocol conduct (compiling screening packets patient charts filing preparing for patient visits etc)
• Submit timely patient reimbursement requests to financial team for patients participation in protocol
• Ensure the filing and maintenance of all regulatory documents
• Schedule and prepare for monitoring visits; Assist monitors during visit
• Maintain clear communication with CRC

• Associates degree preferred
• 2 years in a related healthcare position
• Pleasant outgoing and mature. Good communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail. Selfdisciplined and motivated.
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Ability to function effectively and positively in a team environment
• Must exhibit accurate complete legible and timely use of communication methods
• Familiar with medical terminology
• BLS training required
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple online portals
