Essential Job Qualifications:
The Maintenance Technician is required to work relatively independently. They are required to perform multicraft repair work on building and equipment as needed. They must also create work instructions and documents. They are required to maintain the sprinkler system fire system roofing Plater and repair various machines to include CNC and screw machines. They also must be willing to work in confined spaces extreme heights wear a respirator and lift heavy objects. They are required to work with high voltage electrical systems. They also must respond quickly in a professional manner to a multitude of stressful situations. They are required to maintain a power equipment license. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the companys mission statement and the overall business objectives.
Two available shifts: 3:00PM 11:30PM 2nd); 11:00PM 7:00AM 3rd)
Required Qualifications:
- Prior industrial maintenance experience is required 35 years)
- Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
- Computer skills
- VoTech certification or technical degree
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Basic working knowledge of PLCs
- Monitor building and equipment in order to document and perform preventive maintenance
- Possess knowledge of conveying and sorting equipment
- Read blueprints electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- High degree of accuracy
- Flexibility to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work overtime
Hourly Rate: $31.73 plus a shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
