Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a highperforming English department.
- Develop and deliver a challenging and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 35.
- Support and mentor English teachers fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching culture.
- Promote literacy and analytical skills through highquality teaching and learning strategies.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities including literary clubs debate teams and creative writing initiatives.
- Ensure strong academic outcomes through rigorous assessment and continuous improvement.
