About the Role
An Outstanding girls school in Barnet is seeking a committed Science Teacher to join their science department from September. You will deliver highquality science lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science Teacher lessons covering biology chemistry and physics.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Develop students scientific understanding and practical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and resources.
- Organise and lead sciencerelated extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Science.
- Proven experience in teaching science at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
