SENCO Outstanding Secondary School Abingdon September Start
Location: Abingdon
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to join an outstanding secondary school in Abingdon. As the SENCO you will lead and develop the schools special educational needs provision ensuring that students with additional needs receive the best possible support to succeed in their education.

Your Role as SENCO:
Lead the SEN department and manage the provision for students with additional needs.
Work closely with teaching staff to implement inclusive teaching strategies and learning plans.
Support the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
Liaise with parents external agencies and local authorities to ensure the best outcomes for students.
