Were on the hunt for a Scrum Masterwho thrives on solving complex problems enabling highperforming teams and delivering real business value. Youll lead Agile delivery across multiple squads help shape scalable processes and champion a culture where collaboration continuous improvement and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.
What youll be doing:
Be the Agile champion coaching guiding and inspiring teams to embrace Agile values and practices.
Facilitate essential ceremonies standups planning reviews retros and everything in between.
Drive endtoend delivery of digital products that make a difference.
Partner with Product Owners to shape roadmaps manage priorities and ensure business and customer needs are met.
Proactively remove blockers and smooth out delivery friction.
Build great relationships with internal stakeholders helping them understand delivery progress and outcomes.
Leverage Jira (and other tools) to keep delivery sharp structured and transparent.
Continuously evolve delivery practices to match the fastmoving needs of a modern tech environment.
What you bring:
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban or a hybrid approach).
Confident facilitator communicator and servant leader.
Passion for building empowered collaborative and outcomefocused teams.
Solid problemsolver especially when it comes to unblocking teams and managing risk.
Experience managing multiple squads or projects in fastpaced environments.
Jira poweruser you know how to make it work for the team not the other way around.
Bonus points if you have a Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
