They focus on creating smart solutions that help partners optimize operations meet compliance requirements and grow sustainably. Their work is rooted in customer satisfaction transparency and longterm value.
As part of their growth they are looking for a strategic handson Head of Sales to lead the development of the global sales function. This is a unique opportunity to shape a revenue engine from scratch and build a highperforming international team.
Qualify and convert leads across 70 countries leveraging any effective channel within a limited budget
Interview prospective clients to assess trustworthiness communication skills and professionalism these individuals will serve as reference clients in their regions
Build trust through personality transparency and deep product knowledge always prioritizing the clients longterm benefit
Establish and scale a remote multilingual sales team growing to 4 Sales Executives by the end of 2026
Design and iterate on the sales strategy process and tooling from zero youre building the engine
Adapt and improve the GTM approach in real time across global regions and diverse cultures
Proven experience in sales or clientfacing roles with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Solid lead generation skills across international markets
Demonstrated ability to build trust and longterm client relationships
High cultural intelligence and adaptability to work across diverse markets and regions
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
Preference for candidates with higher education and the ability to connect with sophisticated clients
Comfortable recruiting and working in geoarbitrageable regions
Experience building and managing distributed sales teams
Background in iGaming fintech SaaS or industries requiring client education
Strong selfmanagement and ability to thrive with minimal supervision
Build a sales strategy and team from the ground up
