Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in banking and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL financial data management and analyticsdriven product development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product vision manage crossfunctional teams and deliver impactful datadriven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product roadmap for banking and data analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with engineering data science and business teams to develop and optimize datadriven banking products.
- Utilize SQL to extract analyze and interpret data for informed decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitive insights to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance making databacked recommendations for improvements.
- Lead product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and SQL for querying and analyzing financial data.
- Knowledge of core banking systems financial products and regulatory requirements.
- Handson experience with BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker etc..
- Experience with API integrations and data pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
- Certifications in Product Management Agile or Data Analytics.
Prior experience working in fintech or digital banking initiatives.
