Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations
Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders with timely approvals.
Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
Track orders manage deliveries and ensure accurate payment processing.
Ensure compliance with procurement accounting and company policies.
Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify assess and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure supplier compliance with company policies.
Support vendor performance evaluation and address issues proactively.
Cross Function Collaboration
True business partner with other departments
Procurement Strategies
Assist in developing and executing costeffective procurement strategies.
Analyze supplier proposals to secure competitive agreements.
Process Improvement
Assist in implementing automation or process improvements
Requirements
Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive crossfunctional collaboration.
Experience in procurement or supply chain.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
Experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus.
Amenable to report at the company s offices as required (Makati and Taguig).
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth.
