Assistant Manager Customer Experience and MIS.
- Manage client visits end to end.
- Arrange for all client logistics (assist with visa hotel reservations airport/ground transfers meals arrangement etc.
- Drafting of client agenda by working closely with leadership teams.
- Work with internal teams for meeting rooms reservation organizing staff engagement events etc.
- Collating preparing and uploading of monthly incentives of 240 FTEs and ensure it is within bell curve and budget.
- Reconciliation of headcount by ensuring correct tagging of FTEs in Payroll system
- Onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Maintain machine inventorySkills
- Excellent in MS Office suite
