Your contribution to something big:
- Manage expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting salary reviews reporting KPIs);
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but also helping with consultancy in international assignments procedures explaining the policies procedures laws and standards to associates (assignees).
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Preference in degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel);
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Personality: Strong interpersonal skills problemsolving abilities and organization.
