Salary Range: $33.00/HR to $40.00/HR DOE $2000 Sign On Bonus

What You Will Do As A Warehouse Systems Technician:
Warehouse Systems Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of loading docks industrial doors highspeed doors compactors balers and other warehouse equipment at our customer locations. The Warehouse Systems Technician will be provided a company service truck with parts inventory to provide repairs.
Job Duties:
- Answers phone calls from technicians and customers providing technical support to fix issues.
- Diagnose issues troubleshoot problems and repair issues properly.
- Perform planned maintenance services and breakdown repairs.
- Maintain a company service vehicle and parts inventory.
- Ability to work in various heights and confined spaces.
- Ability to work safely on a ladder.
- Perform in a team environment.
- Must be dependable punctual and able to maintain a good attendance record.
- Maintain positive customer relations and approach all situations in a tactful and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training preferred.
- 1 or more years of maintenance experience in a service technician role in the material handling industry preferred.
- Other maintenance experience will be considered (military automotive/diesel building maintenance etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical ac/dc systems up to 480 volts hydraulic and mechanical operations.
- Welding experience is required. Certification preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Dock leveler and rollup door experience preferred.
- Additional training will be provided.
- Have a valid CA drivers license and a safe driving record. Ability to tow a trailer preferred.
- Occasional overnight traveling may be required. Some weekends and afterhours work may be required.
