The Opportunity
Join Adobes dedicated engineering team in Seattle as a Senior Software Development Engineer. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on large B2B Data Processing Analytics and AI projects for the Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Marketo Engage enterprise products. Be part of a worldclass team crafting flawless and trustworthy digital dataanalytics experiences for our clients. You will get to determine and successfully implement sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of whats possible.
What youll Do
- Craft and develop highquality software solutions for Adobes B2B analytics platforms.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers by providing technical mentorship and support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to compete at the highest level.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or 5 years of experience that is equivalent to a degree.
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming.
- Expertise in working with analytics products and largescale data processing systems.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Ambitious and selfmotivated with a desire to continually learn and grow.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
