In order to help us accomplish our mission we are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for some of Puzzles most ambitious advanced accounting features. In this role you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative and usercentric solutions that position us as the leading core accounting solution in a competitive space with decades old incumbents.

What youll Do
Craft and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with Puzzles mission and business objectives focusing on our core accounting features.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics.
Collaborate closely with engineering design and marketing teams to drive the successful delivery of highimpact features and improvements.
Cultivate strong relationships with Puzzles functional partners understanding their needs and incorporating partner feedback into product development.
Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape within the accounting and fintech industries to ensure Puzzles solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product usability.
Develop and execute gotomarket strategies for new features and product releases.
Qualifications
5 years of product management experience; with demonstrated success in Fintech products and/or B2B SaaS platforms.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products from conception to delivery.
Excellence in crossfunctional leadership and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced environments with a strong bias for action rapid iteration mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
Technical proficiency in accounting or finance systems with a deep understanding of financial workflows and principles.
CPA certification is welcome but not required.
Experience in high growth startups preferred.
