How will you make an impact in this role
GSG Control Management aims to ensure that Business Units have a robust first line of defense playing an active role in supporting the business meet its objectives and demonstrating an effective control framework. The role is for Testing Analyst based in Madrid and will report into a Team Leader. Its primary responsibility to ensure colleagues deliver world class service to our customers whilst being compliant with market regulations policies and code of conduct. This is delivered by providing:
Testing and Controls (Voice & NonVoice) Quality Management Support / Insights Process and Testing Alignment / Improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Support various type of monitoring programs for international markets mainly for TLS and Acquisitions (ICS GCS)
- Collaborate with Control Management Team Compliance and business leaders and actively share findings from the monitoring
- Maintain business level procedural documents to support the implementation of the first Line of Defense operational risk responsibilities.
- Advocate of the American Express Leadership Behaviors
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluencyin French German and English additional languages a plus.
- Fluency in speaking reading and writing in English
- Deep understanding about AEXP products services and selling channels
Experience working with audit compliance operational risk/control functions are preferred Experience in TLS GCS would be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Excel Sharepoint Word Powerpoint Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving Strong relationship building experience / ability to develop relationships with business partners and leadership teams Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrate selfstarter with ability to work in a dynamic and time critical environment Demonstrate growth mindset and role modelling of BlueBox values Demonstrate learning agility and integrity No formal PIP
