BAYADA Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work oneonone in home and community settings as companions and mentors for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential.
We have job openings in the following locations:
- Salisbury Rockwell China Grove
- Days afternoons evenings
- Weekends preferred flexible

Job Responsibilities for DSPs:
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
