Brandeis University Undergraduate Admissions is accepting applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions Systems and CRM Solutions. The Associate Director will work closely with the Executive Director to implement technology solutions in pursuit of the recruitment selection and enrollment of firstyear and transfer students. This person will serve as a member of the senior admissions team and support the overall of strategic departmental and institutional enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management and CRM Optimization 40
Serve as the primary database systems administrator for the undergraduate instance of the Slate CRM leveraging Slate to help meet business needs.
Provide technical support training and expertise for Slate forms application processing electronic communication functions portals event management admissions reader configuration and other technical workflows.
Develop modify and maintain queries and reports in Slate to enable admissions staff to efficiently perform their responsibilities.
Workflow and Systems Administration 30
Manage and coordinate work plans of two FTE who are responsible for significant components of the application lifecycle and supporting roles on various admissions projects.
Conduct functional system testing of new or modified business systems ensuring that they function as intending while meeting desired business requirements.
Perform ongoing maintenance enhancements and configurations to ensure reliable workflows within the CRM environment.
Business Needs Analysis and Technology Leadership 15
Anticipate and forecast business needs providing leadership in technology and systems management; recommend and implement solutions using Slate and other software tools.
Maintain documentation for admissions systems ensuring consistent and effective use of tools and technology.
CrossUnit Collaboration and Systems Integration 15
Configure and maintain recurring and adhoc data loads and file transfers into Slate from thirdparty vendors and between Slate PowerFAIDS and Workday.
Collaborate with admissions and financial aid teams to create seamless connections between systems and improve the prospective student experience.
Serve as the primary liaison to ITS and other campus offices for admissions technology and data needs.
Education & Work Experience:
B.A./B.S. required. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience.
What you need to succeed:
Experience with Slate including queries reports configurable joins advanced form building liquid markup workflows portals user permissions and data imports.
Demonstrated knowledge of relational database management. SQL and HTML/CSS required. Experience with JavaScript and XML preferred.
Strong MS Excel skills.
