Job Summary:

Conducts general cleaning outdoor pressure washing litter pickup sanitation safety and aesthetics procedures to set standards for the entire clubhouse and grounds.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pressure Washing: Washing walls windows and sidewalks.
• Patrol facility and grounds to pick up and prevent the accumulation of litter daily.
• Cleans all areas when possible not related to night shift cleaning
• Cleans Presidential Suite and Bridal Suite both verandas and tower rooms pavilion area conference rooms and entrance glass ashtrays and urns.
• Checks all washrooms especially during peak party times
• Empties trash from office and function areas
• Check party sheet for all functions
• Is courteous attentive and helpful to members and staff at all times
• Performs other tasks as required by Housekeeping Manager Clubhouse Manager and/or General Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Janitorial or Housekeeping Maid Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 2550 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay starting at $18/hr

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience jobrelated skills and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
