Job Description

Job Title: Community Dietitian
Banding:Band 6
Location: Worthing Sussex
Working Hours:Fulltime 37.5 hours per week 08:0016:00
Start Date:ASAP
Rate:24 27 per hour
Duration:3 months with option to extend

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Band 6 Community Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Worthing Sussex. This role requires working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing a home enteral feeding caseload. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of dietary services which are critical for accurate patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for managing a home enteral feeding caseload which includes a mixture of home visits care homes and telephone advice/triage. You will maintain meticulous records and documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registration
  • Bachelors degree in Dietetics or a related field
  • Extensive experience in community dietetics and enteral feeding
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
