Job Description
A reputable Family Law practice seeks an attorney with 24 years of family law experience to join its team in Oakland. The practice provides highquality legal services across the Bay Area focusing on family and childrelated matters during transitional times.
The ideal candidate is selfmotivated detailoriented and empathetic with strong organizational and clientfacing skills. The role includes litigation work and requires experience with support calculations Essential Forms Attorneys Briefcase and Westlaw. ProLaw familiarity is a plus. Reasonable billable hours and generous benefits make this a great opportunity for someone passionate about family law.
Qualifications:
- Active CA Bar membership in good standing.
- 24 years of family law experience.
- Strong writing organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and court appearances.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
