COMPENSATION:
$135000 to $190000 Total Annual Income
$110000 to $130000 Annual Base Rate dependent on experience

This is a dual role in which the new provider will work 2 days per week in the Congress primary care clinic and 2 or 3 days per week (depending on schedule) in a float capacity working in the Wickenburg primary care clinic and/or the mobile health unit that serves a 25mile area surrounding Wickenburg and Congress.
COMPANY PROFILE:
This multisite healthcare clinic has been serving its local community for more than 20 years providing full scope primary care. They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members as well as visiting specialists. Being affiliated with a local hospital they have easy access to services for laboratory pharmacy xray EKG minor surgical procedures and more. They are currently hiring due to the exciting opening of their new mobile unit allowing them to further expand their reach and provide highquality primary care services to residents in their rural communities who may struggle accessing inoffice healthcare services.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a dual role in which the new provider will work 2 days per week in the Congress primary care clinic and 2 or 3 days per week (depending on schedule) in a float capacity working in the Wickenburg primary care clinic and/or the mobile health unit that serves a 25mile area surrounding Wickenburg and Congress.
The mobile unit is a brand new custom built clinic on wheels. It has a dedicated driver and is a 40foot vehicle that runs on solar power. It is equipped with an exam room telehealth capabilities and imaging equipment.
In the mobile unit providers see an average of 20 to 22 patients per day with a dedicated medical assistant who is present at all times. Patients are of all ages with an emphasis on adults (no infant care is provided in the mobile health unit).
In the clinic providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
All work is within the area of standard primary care:
annual checkups
physicals
chronic disease management
sick visits
The practice uses an EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
Arizona NP or PA license
DEA
ability to see patients of all ages
1 year advanced practice experience
1 year primary care or related experience
