Are you a dynamic motivated individual with a talent for engaging customers and a passion for social media Were seeking a Customer Experience Manager to help drive our dealerships growth and enhance our customer interactions. This role offers a clear path for career advancement with the potential to transition into a sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement: Create and post engaging Facebook content that highlights dealership activities including sales service special events and business updates. Meet engagement targets set by management.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate and follow up on appointments for the Buying and Sales Departments ensuring seamless communication and effective client and prospect interactions.
- Customer Satisfaction FollowUp: Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively reaching out to clients who have purchased a vehicle. Address any concerns or complaints before manufacturer surveys are sent helping improve CSI scores.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Previous experience in a dealership or sales environment is a plus but not required.
