Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate boardcertified behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidencebased practices. This position offers the flexibility to work in both home and clinic settings providing tailored support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in both home and clinic environments.
Collaborate with families caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Skills:
Proficient in behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
