We are on the lookout for an Account Executive to join our growing team!

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team and drive revenue within the small and midmarket customer segment. This is a fastpaced dynamic and resultsoriented position offering excellent growth potential for ambitious individuals.


Whats the job

  • Proactively identify and engage potential small and midmarket customers and individual agents through inbound and outbound leads as well as demos generated by Business Development Representatives.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to individual agents teams and brokerages (up to 100 agents) highlighting the value and benefits of our platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to strategize and close deals with highly qualified prospects.
  • Leverage social selling techniques cold calling and other prospecting skills to independently generate new opportunities and schedule demos.
  • Utilize our CRM and other tools to manage a pipeline of leads ensuring timely followups and successful deal closures.
Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 25 years of successful sales experience in real estate software or technical industries. Prior experience as a Lofty Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate industry client executives.
  • 5 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management effectively developing existing and prospective accounts.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
  • Proven prospecting skills and proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for conveying technical information to clients.
  • Strong planning organization and time management abilities.
  • Ethical and principled decisionmaking adhering to high moral values.
